1. How long does it take to reach you?
COWMONO has reduced the number of middlemen and reduced margin costs to zero in order to solve the problem of "lower prices and improving quality."

As part of our cost reduction, we have warehouses overseas, and we request shipping to overseas factories as soon as we receive an order.
Time from order to delivery
Regular: Approximately 10 to 20 days after payment is confirmed
*Delivery may take some time due to busy warehouses, delivery company circumstances, customs procedures, etc.
After delivery is complete, we will notify you of your tracking number to your email address.
Also, there are popular and highly liquid products, so please be aware that after your order is placed, there is a risk that your order may be cancelled due to out of stock of the product.

3 About payment methods
We accept various credit card payments, smartphone payments (Paidy after payment), convenience store payments, and various QR code payments that are compliant with Shopify Payments.
If you do not have a credit card, we recommend using convenience store prepayment, Paidy after payment, and QR payment.

After clicking "Order Complete", you will be redirected to KOMOJU, a convenience store payment service.Please confirm the payment amount and enter your payment information and complete the "purchase procedure."
Payment deadline is within 3 days from the day after your order date.
We will arrange for the product shipping in order from customers who have confirmed their payment.
Please note that if the deadline has passed, your order will be invalidated and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment later (Paid)
Simply enter your email address and mobile number, enter the 4-digit authentication code that will be sent via SMS and you can shop.

About QR payment (PayPay Payment/au PAY Payment)
To make payments using PayPay or au PAY, you must register in advance.
Other payments cannot be used in conjunction with other payments.
Your order has not been completed in the following cases: In that case, the payment will be treated as a cancellation and the bonus that was scheduled to be awarded will be forcibly cancelled upon winning the prize. Please note that under any circumstances we cannot accept bonus recovery.

Payment by bank transfer
- Payment will be made in advance and the shipping procedure will begin after payment is confirmed.
- Account numbers vary for each order. Please check again if you have used this service before.
- The customer will be responsible for bank transfer fees.
- If payment cannot be confirmed by the payment deadline, your order will be cancelled.
- Please note that we will not be able to accept orders even if you transfer your payment after the payment deadline has passed.
- Please note that we cannot refund any overpayments.
4. If you do not receive an order completion email
There is a possibility that the email address you registered when placing your order is incorrect or that the email may have been sent to you. Please check again.
5. If there is a long-term absence or an inadequate address
・If you are not at home, the delivery company will contact you with a notice of absence. Please request redelivery yourself from the notice of absence.
※The delivery company you are in charge may also say that it is YDH JAPAN or similar. Please rest assured that delivery will be made from our shop.
-If there is an error in the shipping address, the item will be returned as the address is unknown.
*Products that have expired their storage period will be discarded, and under no circumstances will we be able to accept all measures such as re-shipment or refunds.

7. Other notes
- Our store has high liquidity in stock, and it may be out of stock or be shipped poorly after placing an order. If the product is out of stock or is shipped poorly, we will contact you by email.
- The color of the product may differ from the image depending on the indoor and the degree of light source. Please understand that the characteristics of each monitor may differ depending on the characteristics of each monitor before purchasing.
- Product sizes are measured manually, so there is a possibility that there will be a deviation of about 1cm.
