Payment methods

cowmono accepts various credit card payments, smartphone payments (Paidy after payment), convenience store payments, various QR code payments, and bank transfers in accordance with Shopify Payments.

If you do not have a credit card, we recommend using convenience store prepayment, Paidy after payment, QR payment, and bank transfer.

After clicking "Order Complete", you will be redirected to KOMOJU, a convenience store payment service.Please confirm the payment amount and enter your payment information and complete the "purchase procedure."

Payment deadline is within 3 days from the day after your order date.
We will arrange for the product shipping in order from customers who have confirmed their payment.
Please note that if the deadline has passed, your order will be invalidated and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Payment later (Paid)

Simply enter your email address and mobile number, enter the 4-digit authentication code that will be sent via SMS and you can shop.

No matter how many times you shop in a month, you will pay once in the next month.
*If you upgrade to Paidy Plus for free from the Paidy app, you can set your monthly budget and pay three times with zero installment fees.

 About QR payment (PayPay Payment/au PAY Payment)

To pay using PayPay or au PAY payment, you must register in advance.
Other payments cannot be used in conjunction with other payments.


Your order has not been completed in the following cases: In that case, the payment will be treated as a cancellation and the bonus that was scheduled to be awarded will be forcibly cancelled upon winning the prize. Please note that under any circumstances we cannot accept bonus recovery.

  • If you cannot confirm the order completion procedure due to more than 5 minutes have passed since the application screen for PayPay/au PAY payment, or due to an error

 Payment by bank transfer

  • Payment will be made in advance and the shipping procedure will begin after payment is confirmed.
  • Account numbers vary for each order. Please check again if you have used this service before.
  • The customer will be responsible for bank transfer fees.
  • If payment cannot be confirmed by the payment deadline, your order will be cancelled.
  • Please note that we will not be able to accept orders even if you transfer your payment after the payment deadline has passed.
  • Please note that we cannot refund any overpayments.
