Our store is an online select shop without a physical store or showroom. Since many of our partner warehouses are located overseas, we do not check products in advance or send sample leather fabrics. How to proceed with returns
- Apply by email (within 7 days of arrival).
- Our store will provide you with instructions and necessary information.

- After arriving at our store, we will inspect the product and process your refund.

Estimated refund
- Credit card/Paidy: Approximately 1 week after collection is completed and system is reflected.
- Convenience store payment/Bank transfer/QR code payment: Maximum of about 1 month.
If you would like to get your refund faster, we recommend paying by credit card or Paidy.
Packing request
- Please return it in as close to unused condition as possible.
- Please include all accessories (tags, bags, etc.).
