At cowmono, we accept various credit card payments that comply with Shopify Payments, smartphone payments (Paidy deferred payment), convenience store prepayments, various QR code payments, and bank transfers.

If you do not have a credit card, we recommend convenience store prepayment, Paidy deferred payment, QR payment, or bank transfer.

After clicking "Order Complete", you will be redirected to the convenience store payment page, KOMOJU. Please confirm the payment amount and enter your payment information, then proceed to "Purchase".

Payment is due within 3 days from the day after your order.
We will arrange for product shipment in the order in which we have confirmed your payment.
Please note that if you exceed the deadline, your order will become invalid and will be automatically cancelled.

*If you have selected convenience store payment, KOMOJU will send you an email with the number required for payment.

Pay Later

Simply enter your email address and mobile number, then enter the four-digit authentication code sent to you via SMS to begin shopping.

No matter how many times you shop in a month, you will only pay once the following month.
*If you upgrade to Paidy Plus for free from the Paidy app, you can also set a monthly budget and pay in three installments with no installment fees.

About QR payment (PayPay payment/au PAY payment)

To pay with PayPay or au PAY, you must register in advance.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other payment methods.


In the following cases, your order will not be completed. In that case, the payment will be canceled and the bonus that was scheduled to be awarded will be forcibly canceled even if you win the lottery. Please note that we cannot restore the bonus under any circumstances.

  • If more than 5 minutes have passed since you were redirected to the PayPay or au PAY payment application page, or if the purchase has been cancelled or an error has occurred and you are unable to confirm the order completion procedure
  • If you are not returned to the purchase completion page after completing the payment

*If you are using the QR code on the app, please do not close the PC screen until payment is complete, even after scanning the QR code.
* Cannot be used in secret browser or private mode.
* Please check the PayPay homepage for the PayPay usage limit.

*To make payments with au PAY, you must charge your au PAY balance. The maximum payment amount per transaction is 300,000 yen, and the maximum payment amount per day is 500,000 yen.

Payment by bank transfer

  • Payment is required in advance, and shipping procedures will begin once payment has been confirmed.
  • The account number will be different for each order. Please check again even if you have used the service before.
  • Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
  • If payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your order will be cancelled.
  • Please note that we will not be able to accept your order if you transfer your payment after the payment deadline has passed.
  • Please note that we cannot refund any overpayments.
